Chester currently serves as the Fellow & Council member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management & Co-Chairperson of the Institute's Learning & Development Committee. He is the Head of Learning of a leading rail transport organization in Hong Kong. Prior to his current role, Chester assumed various management positions in a number of major local and multinational companies in the Asia Pacific region, including hospitality, retail and health care sector. Chester holds an MBA and a Doctorate in Education. A number of his cultural change and personal effectiveness programs have been duly recognized by winning global and local HR awards,
